Sheetal Hemanth

Sheetal Hemanth is the granddaughter of Vidwan Sri S.C. Revanaradhya and daughter of Vidwan Sri B.R. Hemanth Kumar and Vidushi Smt. Padma Hemanth. Sheetal Hemanth has breathed art from her infancy and was initiated to the world of dance and music at the tender age of two! The intensive, extensive and personalised training from her mother, Smt. Padma Hemanth coupled with Sheetal’s unstinted commitment and exemplary dedication to this Art nurtured her to blossom into a very promising artist today. Sheetal has completed her Senior exam of Karnataka Government and Visharada Prathama (ABGMV) with distinction. Over 100 and more great veterans in the field of Bharatnatyam witnessing her Rangapravesha reflects her passion to this art.

Sheetal’s incredible passion in Bharatnatyam compelled her to delve deeply and explore new vistas in this fantastic form of dance. In the process, she was exposed to ancient and the special movements of Natyasastra, ‘the charis and karanas’ through Smt. Vidya Shimladka. She was a part of workshops conducted by many veteran gurus. Along with her mother, Guru Padma Hemanth. Sheetal sings and does natuvangam for the students of SB during their exams and various other programs.
